We understand amid the growing concerns and developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak that this is having a tremendous impact on our city and everyone in it.
As a Real Estate Team, we are aware we have a great responsibility to prioritize the health and safety of our clients, prospective clients, business partners and everyone we interact with. Just like other Calgary businesses, we have implemented heightened precautions and safety measures. We understand it’s not just business as usual. We will continue to assist our clients in whatever way possible with these measures in mind. We know everyone’s situation is unique and we just want you to know, whatever you need we’re here for you. Below is a summary of some of the increased measures we have implemented:
- We will do our best to have hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and latex gloves on us at all times
- We will and encourage our clients to wash their hands frequently with soap and warm water whenever the opportunity arises
- We recommend that our sellers please consider disinfecting common spaces, including door handles, light switches, closet and cupboard knobs, sink handles, before touching them after showings
- We will advise showing realtors on our listings to leave all lights on and refrain from unnecessary touching throughout the property
- If you’re feeling ill, let us know, and we will reschedule our appointment for a different time
- With all the uncertainty, we can promise our sellers will continue to get extensive online exposure from our innovative marketing plan including our social media platforms, virtual/ 3D tours, newsletter, website and our online Homes & Land of Calgary magazine to showcase our properties. With the extra time spent online, we will ensure your property will be top of mind.
